When God spoke the Ten Commandments, He gave us the rules of life.
The ten commands have never been surpassed by any lawmaker or nation since;
they are only imitated at best. The Ten Commandments are the basis of our relationship
with God and with one another. When God wrote them out on the tablets, He gave us the
first Scripture – the written word of God. The Torah (the Law of Moses) and the rest
of the Bible have followed. Even more than the fact that God spoke audibly and wrote
the commands with His finger on tablets, the individual commands are profound.
This program examines how profound and comprehensive His commandments are. You will
hear again in a fresh way the words in the wilderness, but you will also hear the
Messiah’s word in your heart, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” The measure of
which God we believe in is not based on our audible testimony, it is proved by which
commandments we keep. These Ten Commandments are perfect, forever settled in heaven,
and remain to this day as the foundation of our faith and the ability to hear God’s voice.
